Alisa
cafe has been a restaurant known for memorable dining
experience since 1984. It was named after his only
daughter when she was 6 months old. Tony Kanjanakorn
left Alouette on South Street where he was Matre’d, he
followed his dream by opening his own restaurant.
Throughout its 17 years, the cuisine at Alisa Cafe has
evolved from classical French cuisine to a fusion of
Thai-French cooking. A self–taught chef, Tony has turned
every occasion into a memorable one. Everything on the
menu is made from fresh ingredients and well prepared so
diners can enjoy their evening. |
